Thank you for listing the new titles. I cannot state enough what a huge resource this is to fill in the gaps in family information between official documents.
I have recently found family sporting information in the Sussex area in local newspapers.
I could spend all my time just using newspaper collections – so much info, both specific to my families and more general for context. They’re a dangerous rabbit hole.
Only the other evening I found a letter from my 3rd great-uncle to the local newspaper asking them to retract a story which implied his wife died unattended and unexpectedly, when, in fact, he’d been present along with their daughter, and that his wife had been ill for several years. A fascinating tidbit I’d not have known about without a deep dive into FMP’s newspaper collection.
