Wonderful John. My mother’s Gray family were all ag labs in rural Essex. Most interesting. Cheers, BT
Up with the lark is the most interesting seminar I have watched in a long time. My husband had farm owners and ag labs in Lancashire who were lace workers at home until they went to work in the cotton mills. One was a mule driver in the cotton mill and in the war was sent to look after the mules!
One of my Dumfrieshire ancestors worked on a manor and this inspires me to do more research on him.
I think pretty well everyone’s U.K. Ancestor’s were Aglabs before immigration. just sayin’.
